DECATUR, GA -- A motion filed in the Andrea Sneiderman murder case claims the defendant would like for Sandra Bullock to play the role of Andrea Sneiderman in a movie. Mrs. Sneiderman is accused of murder in the shooting death of her husband, Rusty, outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.
The motion refers to the transcript of a phone conversation recorded at the DeKalb County jail in August between Mrs. Sneiderman and her friend Joseph Dell. In it, Mrs. Sneiderman says: "I was thinking if Sandra Bullock wasn't so old, she'd be a good choice. I watched the Miss Congeniality movie, like the second one or something, and I thought that she kind of has my personality. So, you know, that would be a good choice but I think she might be a little too old."
No movie is publicly in the works. Sandra Bullock is 48 years old. Mrs. Sneiderman is 36.
