Bargain Shoppers are gearing up for spring consignment sale season where savvy consumers can save big on kids clothing, toys and gear.
Here is a rundown of some the big ones coming up:

The enormous Kidsignments sale at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds starts on Tuesday February 12th at 9am. It's one of the largest in the Nation featuring 1400 sellers.

Keep in mind no children, babies or strollers are allowed before 2pm on the first day.
The sale ends Saturday the 16th.  The address is 2405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA.

In Marietta the All 4 Kids Consigment Sale takes place February 21st through the 23rd. It is at the Cobb County Fairgrounds at

ATLANTA -- Pike Nurseries is holding a free class to help homeowners learn ways to draw birds to their backyards.

According to Pike Nurseries, roughly 350 species of birds live in Georgia. The birding class will teach participants the types of seed that are best for attracting birds, the three essentials needed to draw birds and how to provide for birds during the cold winter months.

ATLANTA -- When is the best time to buy Christmas decorations? After the holidays, of course.

Pike Nurseries' End of the Year Red Tag Sale will begin the day after Christmas, with merchandise prices slashed as much as 70 percent.

Items for sale will include Christmas lights, ornaments, ribbons, tree stands and more. Other non-holiday items will be on sale too, like pottery, furniture and select plants.

RaceTrac hiring for Free Coffee Week

ATLANTA -- RaceTrac is hiring more than 100 temporary employees for the holidays.

The Cobb County-based chain of gas stations will hire two extra people at 66 Georgia locations to help promote Free Coffee Week.

Employees will hold signs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Dec. 17-21. Sign holders must be at least 18 years old and clean cut.

Belk santafest to spread holiday cheer

ATLANTA -- Belk department stores will host their first-ever santafest holiday celebration on Saturday, Dec. 1.

All santafests will be held from noon to 3 p.m.

Highlights include crafts, family-friend activities, Christmas treats and, of course, the chance to meet Santa Claus. Participants can enter a drawing to win a $50 kids wardrobe; three winners will be chosen from each Belk store.

ATLANTA -- Anna's Linens has joined a growing list of stores that plan to open on Thanksgiving night to give ambitious Black Friday shoppers a head start.

Nearly all Anna's stores will open at 10 p.m. Nov. 22 with doorbuster deals.

"This move allows us to attract a greater number of shoppers, but also gives Black Friday customers the convenience to shop our stores while hitting the nearby big-box retailers a few hours later," Anna's CEO Alan Gladstone said in a statement.

"We intended to follow suit and open at midnight, but decided opening earlier was a better move to create a more opportune Black Friday shopping experience," Gladstone added.

Berry students to sell goods at Harry's Farmers Market

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Berry Student Enterprises will sell some of its wares at Harry's Farmers Market in Marietta this weekend.

The student group will be at the Powers Ferry Road store from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17. The Berry entrepreneurs will sell a bit of everything -- from cheese to mints to hand-made scarves.

"We could not be happier. This is a huge deal for the enterprises," Josh Fancher, a Berry sophomore from Lawrenceville and risk management specialist of the enterprise, said in a statement.

Participating enterprises include Martha's Herbs, Season's Harvest, Viking Creations and Viking Furniture. Each enterprise is made up of Berry students working closely with a faculty advisor.
