Avid cyclist Scott Patton was concerned about 17 dangerous parallel grates on the newly built Windy-Mac Connector in Cobb County. Parallel grates can be catastrophic to bikers because their wheels can get struck and throw a person over the handlebars. Scott contacted Commuter Dude, but while awaiting Dude's response, he blogged about it and the wheels of progress started rolling.
