Here are a few of the small road projects on GDOT's weekend calendar.
Austell Road: One lane will be closed between South Cobb Drive and the Fulton County line from 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday for resurfacing.
Freedom Parkway: One lane will be closed between Jackson Street and Boulevard from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for demolition.
Memorial Drive: One lane will be closed between Moreland Avenue and Wilkinson Drive, and between East Lake Drive and Candler Road Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
South Cobb Drive: One lane will be closed between Austell Road and I-285 from 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday for resurfacing.
U.S. 41 (Cobb Parkway): Various closures will occur between Northgate Drive and Paces Mill Road from 7 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Sunday for paving.
