Celebrate Freedom returns to Jim R. Miller Park
MARIETTA, Ga. -- There will be plenty of running and rocking at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta this weekend.
Christian radio station 104.7 The Fish is bringing back Celebrate Freedom on Saturday, Sept. 3.
The day begins at 7:30 a.m. with a 5K/10K road race that's open to runners of all skill levels. Afterward, WinShape Foundation will present the largest free concert in the Southeast featuring some of the hottest names on the Christian music charts, including Newsboys, Switchfoot, Josh Wilson and Echoing Angels.
Last year, more than 50,000 people attended Celebrate Freedom, and this year's event promises to be just as big.
